Pets are only allowed on request in the “Kleine Zeche” room category.

Cancellations

Cancellations and changes made up to 7 days before the arrival date are free of charge.

Later cancellations and changes will be charged 50 percent of the price of all nights. Noshows will be charged 80 percent of the price of all nights.

Arrival and departure

Arrival: Mon - Fri 15.00 - 18.00, Sat / Sun 15.00 - 17.00 (in case of different arrival please call in advance).
Departure: until 11 a.m. desired, later departure possible on request.
